How we estimate arrival

Order before 4pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch of in-stock items, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays move to the next working day. Your arrival estimate allows for weekends and UK bank holidays.

Choose Standard or Premium on the product page or at checkout to see your estimated arrival dates. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom; the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are outside this delivery area.

Quantity savings & free delivery

The £50 threshold uses the product subtotal after quantity savings, including VAT. Premium delivery remains £5 even when Standard is free.
